Description: Effective communication and engagement are integral to contemporary policy design. They help shape choices, build public confidence, and significantly influence whether a technically sound reform survives contact with the public. Built on instructive failures and successes achieved through deliberative engagement and other tools, we explore why an investment in communication throughout the policy cycle is so impactful.
