Climate and Nature in Public-Service Decision-Making
Environment and Climate Change Canada
Workshop | 10am – 11.30am, ET (Find Local Time)
Duration: 90 minutes
Platform: MS Teams
Description: Climate change, biodiversity loss and other interconnected global disruptions are fundamentally reshaping the context in which public servants design policy, deliver programs and support decision-making. These challenges are not only technical: they are systemic, ethical, and deeply human, requiring new ways of thinking, relating, and leading. This workshop will activate participants to concretely name what applying a climate and nature lens looks like in their work – and what skills or competencies this may call them to explore.
